I would like to ask, if I applied Canada Federal
Skilled Workers visa, and CIC had been issued
Landing paper, but I never report duty in Canada
and visa expired.
If I want to apply Skilled Workers visa again,
do it have any effect such as CIC will be
refuse my application and so on?

Yes, you can apply again. Prior application and visa issuance should normally have no affect. The application asks if you´ve ever applied for and been issued or denied a visa to Canada. It´s there that you should explain having received prior visa and why you didn´t complete the landing. Just be prepared, especially if there´s an interview, as you may need to explain the situation.

what if i did not mention that in the application can they check and know about that i have similer case but i did not get follow up with my case and it got denied coz i did not respond to their med check paper now i have been nominated by alberta and ieft the countery i used to love in but i have tried to get polic eclearance and i coud notso i decided not to mention that i lived in that country in my new application please help

So you lied in two places. As for the previous application, of course they would know. Its all in the system.
As for not mentioning the previous stay in a country, if you didn´t mentioned that, what did you wrote in the application you were doing during the time you were in the said country?
They may or may not find out, but never a good idea to lie. If found out you are going to have problem getting in to Canada.

My application to Canada for perment residence refuse since 4 years ago can i reapply and do i have to upgrade my eduction.Is there any other required i have to full fill that.I will wait for ur reply
