My DMP sent Medical exam to the wrong office

Subject: My DMP sent Medical exam to the wrong office
  Hello all,

Am doing sposorship for my wife from Saudi. The DMP who did her exam sent the results to CHC in London. BUT the case now transfared to Abu dahabi!!! what should I DO? will Abud dahbi office ask for the medical results from London? or what do I have to do?
