I want to know what are the best job resources in Canada (Toronto area)
I know only 2 sites , monster.ca & workopolis.com
Please give me more sites & resources if you know

you can also try to google the company/institution/business you want to work for and look at their job opportunity site.

oh you´re in Toronto,
you know where dufferin mall is?
there´s HRDC office located at the front of the mall.
they have booths where you can look up available jobs and actually print it out for you to take home and call...

Its not a dedicated job site, but Craigslist is definitely worth looking at for a job to pay the bills! I think a lot of people might need a fast job and then they can keep looking for their dream job while still putting food on the table. Actually a good site to get a lot of your first needs taken care of. Theres job postings, accomodation, furniture, free stuff, and community events to get you involved with your new home. Only available for the major cities so far I think.
