I have submitted an application for permanent residence in Canada. However, I don´t feel that I am ready now to move to Canada..Can I withdraw the application? If I cancel the current one, can I re-apply again (I am ready to submit new processing fees). If yes, Will the first cancelled app affect the second one in any way? Thanks.

As long as you were not rejected, but withdrew on your own initiative, it should not affect a future application one way or another. The application form does ask if you´ve applied in the past and whether denied. At that time, just add an explanation that you had voluntarily withdrawn.
This actually was my history and everything went fine.
