If I knew what MCCEE exam means I could possibly answer that question but why not call the Ontario Medical Association since your in Brampton?

Unfortunately your medical degreee is not recognized in Canada unless you pass the evaluating exam and then Qualifying part I and Part II. This important for licensing for clinical practice and joining their residency programs (which extremely hard for foriegn medical graduates).
Same thing applies for your master degree of public health. I recommend that you register in a public health program in any canadian institution so that you can have an equivalent canadian degree. This will improve your chances.
