| Subject: Passport to buffalo- Urgent pls help- |

Buffalo requested our passports and in novemember I i told to send it to them before Nov 15th they recieved the passports by the 9th of nov based on my tracking. The letter said I would get it back in no more than 15 business days. Considering the thanksgiving holiday in the USA I gave it it Dec 4th to get it back. But I am still waiting.
I am getting a bit worried because my daughter is supposed to be travelling with to Africa with her passport on Dec 12th.
My question is can they keep the passposrts for longer then 15 days? When should I start to panic?
Is there any number I can call/ email address I can write too regarding the passports? I included a pre paide next day delivery envelope which is how I know it has not been sent back I have been tracking the number and nothing shows up.
