Could you please help me how is opportunities for a Mainframe prof. with 9 + years (4 + years worked in US).

Hard to get statistics for this. Pretty much the same as in the U.S., relatively. Have to research on your own and see what´s available, but mainframe as you know is giving way to LAN/WAN systems.
