Subject: Applying for Alberta PNP
I am currently working in alberta under a temporary work permit and my company has offered to nominate me for Alberta PNP. My question is am I under ANY obligation with my Company for nominating me ? Will I be under obligation to work for them only and not be able to change job in future ?

Canada abolished slavery decades ago. View this from the other side. Does the company have to guarantee you employment for ever and can never fire you?

Some PNP programs require residency payments for at least one year and that is little more then an attempt to prevent applicants from abusing the process of business immigration.
