Can I (a business owner for the last 4 yrs) apply as a skilled worker if I had been employed for over 3 yrs (in the last ten years) as a sales associate? Or will I have to do the business category?
If I do Quebec business does the wait time listed on the cic website for Quebec Business Applications include the CSQ time or is that time seperate? If seperate how long does the CSQ take?
