I started to search job in Canada. Honestly I don´t know where to start. I have 5+ years PT in Business management and Architectural drafting.I would appreciate any informations, responds, links. What is easiest way to get job offer for temporary visa? What are your experiences with job hunting in Canada but for foreigner.

Hi Milan,
As far as I know, its almost impossible to get a job from outside CANADA, I think this Canadian System gets in favor of people that are currently in Canada, studying, visiting, or staying illegally. So if you are in Canada i.e. as a Language Student, if you find a job while you are there, its so easy.
From abroad its horrible
Today I have heard from a friend, that a guy got a job offer at IBM Canada, from outside, so he never been in CANADA, and he today is in CANADA, with the WorkPermit Visa...
He is normal person, not a "Genius" Software or IT specialist, but as I heard today he got that jobs thanks to a recruitment company in CANADA.
You see this might work
But this system really sucks, they give more opportunities people that are currently in Canada, they dont care if you are professional , if you are outside :(((
I know this because I was in Canada in 2003 as ESL student, I came back after 6 months of my studies, I had lots of opportunities but I came back :)

Working in Canada(especially in Vancouver)has been my lifelong dream ambition. However, I don´t know exactly what proper channels I should go through in order for me to land a valid job in Canada. I´m born in Singapore and always have a unyielding urge to relocate to Canada to work. Over the years, I had seek friends, relatives or local employment agencies about ways on how to find jobs in Canada. Unfortunately, none of them could assist me in the end. I´m working as a sales associate in a retail company in Singapore. This current year I´m 40yrs old. I just have a GCE´A´ level qualification so far. I strongly hope there will be some kind-hearted souls to enlighten me on how to proceed to find an opportunity to work in Canada one of these days in my life. I desperately hope that someone will assist me to find a job in Canada since I do not have a work permit to work there. I´m born in Singapore and only achieved GCE´A´level qualification. Working in Canada,especially Vancouver, has been my lifelong dream ambition. I´m now 40yrs old and work as a sales associate in a retail company in Singapore. I am completely at a loss on how to find an valid opportunity to work in Canada. Nobody has provided a right answer as to how to find a job in Canada. @chris loh : keep ur present job, don´t even think going to Canada. I mean it. I´ve been there and am lucky to return to my native country. Unless u´re a fugitive in Singapore, it´s not worthed moving to canada.
