Subject: Improving your SW application
If you choose to embellish and strecth your credentials be sure that you can prove what you claim! This week has been a week of writing Buffalo RPC for clients accused of misrepresentation!

Common sense must prevail that if you classify yourself as a certain occupation, your education and age would have to match for any logical employer to offer said position regardless of country and family connections.

Always tell the truth so you do not have to remember what was sent to CIC.

Good observation Bill! Any good Immigration Consultant worth his salt would ensure that all documentation submitted by his clients are genuine and not to wait for CIC to ask for verification as Roy Kellogg is doing now on behalf of his clients with the Buffalo office.

He said it a week of writing to Buffalo concerning his clients misrepresentations, something is definitely wrong for so many misrepresentations or falsification of documents to be busy whole week responding to CIC.

Balwant, what are you implying? This forum is not the place to have a credibility fight with a CSIC colleague. Take it somewhere else.

Bill lets ignore Mr. Persaud improper behavior he is awaiting more funds from me for the second client he sent me.

Two clients both submitted their own Federal SW application.

One came to Canada studied for four years then started working on what many call here a post graduate work permit. Of course he needed a full year of work in his field to be eligable so he embellished.

On his original work permit application he claimed he had never worked and was only a student. When he applied for his PR status through buffalo RPC after changing his status back to a student he claimed he was a Junior Accountant at the age of eighteen.

His age (eighteen) and lack of education at that time led CIC to believe he was misrepresenting the facts.

Logical Bill?

Some guys are so stupid that they even can´t cheat properly. How did this guy expected that he would get away with 2 different versions of his CV only he knows.

Like I always say it is better to tell the truth all the time so you do not have to remember what you said.

His father has been footing the bill all the time he has been in Canada. How do you think the father will take the news if he is excluded for two years for lying whoops misrepresentation.
