I got my canadian immigrant visa on a investor program, leaving in
2 weeks time via buffalo, to Toronto. Unfortunately I lost my i94,
will I faced any problem without surrendering it to the Canadian
immigration.

Most likely no. Canada doesn´t care.
BUT may be for the future US trip. Though I know many many guys didn´t turn it in and they didn´t have any problem.
Before entering Canada you may visit the US Img. post and tell them then they´ll enter that info. into their data base as record of your timely departure.
