I am back again,
What does it mean if they have received medical results does it mean that medicals received were "ok" and case is to be finalised.
Just wanted to know about this out of curiosity.

Technically, "Medical results have been received" means they have received your medicals. OK or Not OK you will get to know. However, most consulates update e-cas to this status when they are about to finalize or already finalized your case. US consulates usually when they have finalized. Exceptions are always there. Relax, you will be getting your passport request.
