Hi,
While filling the Schedule form 3 , I filled English as both first and second official language. Is it an error? as I have no knowledge of French.
I have already submitted my form 2-3 days back. Do you think that CIC will return my application because of this. Any similar cases please respond.

I do not think they will return it, they will just accept it as English is your only known language.
