Can I enter from any airport including montreal ? can I write my permanent address in montreal though IT IS NOT A QUEBEC IMMIGRATION.
( do I neeed the Certificate de selection du quebec ) ?

No you cannot.
You may enter Canada using any airport except Quebec. Once you are admitted as a PR you can live anywhere in Canada.

I already booked a flight ticket for montreal, should i change it ?
If no way, then can I enter canada from a different port and write my permanent address in montreal QC ?
