Can somebody tell me please?, do I have to have at least 3 months of working and to attach the pay checks with my documents and send to CIC to sponsor my wife.

just send a job letter from your present employer and an Option C Printout from CRA.
There is no income requirements for sponsoring a wife.

NO Income is not an issue when sponsoring a spouse or dependent child. A client of mine who has been in Canada for five years working under the table just recently got Landed. Even though he had a letter from his employer stating he had been working there for four years earning $____ per hour his Income Tax form showed no income and he was approved.
