How long to wait to get passport back

Subject: How long to wait to get passport back
  Does anyone has idea how much time will new delhi embassy takes to send passport back after they have got QUEBEC SELECTION CERTIFICATE directly from MICC.My passports r there for two months and my PCC is expiring at the end of this month.I have applied under spouse sponsorship.Any replies or answers will be appreciated.
