| Subject: Right of Perm Residence Fee |

Hi guys,
I submitted my skilled worker application 2 years back and IA received last month asking other documents, medical check and RPRF.
I´ve all done above and sent. Now another letter received saying RPRF was charged.
Question now is is my application going to be approved very soon since RPRF is charged? In other word, do they charge RPRF only if application is going to approve?
