Subject: How to find a job?
I ponder on moving to Canada, but I´ve heard just half of the people that want to work are hired... How then do new immigrants and other people in general do live there?

Majority of them have really hard time.
Typically in Toronto, you will see them working in malls, Tim Hortons and everywhere. They are just everywhere. Most of them in low paying job. You also see a lot of them in bio-technical field (scientists and technicians) and walk in clinics (as doctor aids and techs).

you also see a lot of nice cars plying on the road with "immigrant looking" person on the driver seat.

Lots of suburbs are dominated by immigrants. It means they own houses too.

You go to a blue jay game, you rarely see those "immigrant" looking faces. same with musical concerts and night clubs and bars.

Conclusion: majority of the immigrants (My analysis is based on looks, so I am mainly referring to south asian, south east asian, middle eastern and african immigrants)come here, work hard and end up owning the Canadian dream-house car education for children good health care etc.

Thank You much for Your reply, what is this!

So, to go the way from slave to... not even king, but a Canadian house|car owner is really a great deal! Truly worthy of laying one´s whole Earthly life! IS it?!

What´s about to come to Canada under a Canadian company that works in the land of an immigrant nativity? - Seems much easier way, is it?

Just thoughts...
