Subject: A decision has been made
Hello, I am sponcering my parents (from Nepal) and their application is being processed in New Delhi. We got a letter around December 2006 to send medical forms and passport which we did in January 2007. Since April or May of this year, their online status has been ´A decision has been made´ and there is no furthur explanation.
Our whole family has not been together for the last 10 years and we planned for one this year at the end of october in US (we had no idea the passport would be tied this long).
I was wondering if anyone knows how long we might need to wait. We wrote several leters and tried to contact the New Delhi office, but we do not get any response from them. Is there a way to get just the passport and resend it? Do we have any options?

Please help.

Thank you.
