Hi,
this Nova Scotia Agreement with CIC seems to be "easy", but still you must have a job offer from a NovaScotia Company, which is very very hard,
its impossible to get a job from outside, and this agreement still gives priority to illegal immigrants who are inside CANADA.
WHY?
Thanks

Not impossible just difficult! It all depends on the applicants occupation and the need for that occupation in that province.
Then you must factor in the amount of applications in the province concerned. If most jobs can not be filled in a particular province like Alberta HRSDC processing times are longer. Then BC residents drive over the rockies and apply in Alberta so BC HRSDC LMO processing times increase.
Maritime residents or Nova Scotians have been heading west for decades seeking out higher paying positions. The available workforce is less and few foreigners are willing to go to a province were the pay is less even though the cost of living is way less.
Average house in Nova Scotia is one third the price of the same house in Ontario, BC or Alberta if you can find a place to live in Alberta.
