Subject: Working w/ PR STATUS?! without a reg work permit? |

So if all goes well with the application process for a family class immigrant and say I DO get accepted.
1) I go to port of entry, in Buffalo (Peace bridge) to say, yes i was accepted for PR?
2) I move back with my wife and all is well... what do I need to start working immediately, legally? (social insurance... PR paperwork.. etc, etc..?) Or would I need to fill out a work permit along with the Perm Res app?
I really appreciate everyone´s help in this.

1- As long as you meet the requirements when you are landing in Canada. (The info is available at the CIC website and in some cases when the CIC office returns your Passport with your CORP you may find a little book with some info that says "The day you arrive in Canada".
2-Social insurance number.. Yes
Work Permit NOT REQUIRED. As a PR of Canada you have the right to work, study or live anywhere in Canada.
