you would benefit from googling CIC medical inadmissability. also look at the CIC operational manuals. they will give you a clear picture of how CIC looks at your application. Ultimately, until that DMP does his job and CIC reviews it, nobody will be able to guarantee you the outcome.

This Operational Bulliten HAS TO BE REPLACED because it is violation of the latest Federal Court Decision.

Several provinces have talked about covering the cost of these children medical concerns and now in Ontario an election is being fought over this issue and others.
