Hello , pl guid me for the below situation
I and my wife , daughter aquired Permanant Resident status in Jan 2007 by landing in CANADA. After a week we came back to USA because i have job in USA and would like to stay in USA until 3 more years( i think this is the max stay that i can spend out of CANADA)and then i will go CANADA, that was my plan.
Recently in August we got new family member , new baby boy . Now in order to sponsor the new boy i know that i have to sponsor from within CANADA. But while we are entering CANADA, we dont have option other than taking our new born boy with us to CANADA.
So my question is , will Canada Border security will allow my new born son to get into CANADA( with the assumption that i will sponsor my child as soon as we entered in CANADA) ? Or do we need to take any approval before we re-enter CANADA ?

you must be living in Canada to sponsor your child. I am not sure what they will do at the border - maybe someone else can help on this one.

You could possibly apply for a Temporary Canadian Visa (ie, visit visa) initially for your son. This should get
him in and thereafter you could follow up with the
relevant authorities as to your further course of action.
