HI,
I am a pakistani citizen. I was in US for past 6 years as a student and completed Bachelors there.I decided to complete my Masters here.(i just recently moved here) I am now interested in marrying somebody here.
Will i have to go back to pakistan for the procedure to complete or can stay here?
Will I still by paying internation student fee right after marriage or have to wait for my permanent residence approval?
Please Help

Unless you officially become PR of Canada (by the day they issue you PR status), while waiting for their assessement, you are still on visa student status and thus pay the international rate at school.

thanks for the reply. do u know if this case can be processed while me being here in Canada as i heard in some cases the applicant might have to go back to his/her home country.
