Dear Experts,
I really appreciate if any of you can advise me.
I applied for a landed immigrant status under SW class in Aug.06 to Buffalo, NY, and just took a medical exam and also sent them additional documents a couple of weeks ago as they requested. I´ve been working full-time in Canada for over a year after graduating from College here. I´ve been living in Canada over 6yrs.
My sister, who has also been living in Canada for over 6 yrs, just got a permanent regident status yesterday, and I´m wondering if I should inform the immigration about it to secure the extra points for my case. I´m just worried that bothering them might cause delay on processing my case.
If you think that I should inform them about my sister´s new status in Canada, what do you think would be the best? eg. faxing, mailing a letter etc...
