Will we get any points at the Adaptability if my wife has high school diploma (or 12 years of total education)8+4?

My current situation:
So far,
I grant myself these points:
20points = 3y´Bachelor Degree
4y´High School
8y´Elementary School
(15 years total)
10points = AGE = 29 Years old
21points = Work Experience (5years+) in the bank
-----------------------------------------
TOTAL = 51
??? Language (I must have 16 points, which is hard) to get 67 (51+16=67)
??? Adaptability (my wife´s High School Diploma)= 3points???
???
or I have to start and learn FRENCH
or I have to do the Master studies
What do you think please
I dont think that I have enough points to apply??!!!
