Hi
I have a question about my documents
initially if I apply through Immigration Agency and pay my first fee to the Attorney (around 500US$),
whats the next step
what he is going to request for me at this time
He is going to request all my documents
or he is going to open my file at CIC, like Simplified Process and later request my documents
pls, do not tell me to go by my self, I have decided to go through Agency

I want to hire immigration lawyer, because I dont wanna think about mistakes or any paper sent wrong,

I mainly do InLand Immigration and everything is now a simplified application process call me in three years when they ask for the rest of the documents. Sorry but not really interested.
Spousal Appeal,
Overseas Marriage after being deported.
InLand Marriage, especially difficult ones.
Admissabilty Hearings,
Humanitarian and Compassionate Application
Any appeal

If you really were serious I would suspect that you would of sent me your questionnaire off my web page. You did not. The issue now is that FSW processing times have increased from 13 months for all visa posts until 67 months.
Depending on your visa post which I don´t know you could be calling or e-mailing me for five years what is happening with my file.
If you would of even read my web page you would see that I recommend any PNP or would prefer bringing you in on a WP instead of having you ask me WHAT´S HAPPENING WITH MY FILE, AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN?
i Just got an e-mail from a client who is furious that registered mail from Toronto/GTA took seven business days to arrive at Buffalo RPC. Client was given tracking number etc. and we even answered his calls while on vacation. hE NEGOTIATED DOWN THE PRICE AND THEN WAISTED THREE MONTHS BEFORE HE RETAINED AND THEN NOW HE IS UPSET WITH ME FOR cANADA pOST TAKING TOO LONG.
Yes I prefer to defend a client who has been wrongly accused and walk into a hearing for about one or two hours and kick CBSA & CIC butts. Then have the client yell praises all about me and refer their friends to fix their problems.
Even CIC web site says you do not really need a Lawyer or Consultant. Why to fill in three forms. Ask any question you have on this forum and people here will gladly assist you.
I fight real hard for my clients and you seem real intelligent so why are you worried about doing your application yourself.

pay yourself the $500. You need to gather the exact same documents for the consultant as you would for yourself. Now, take 1.5 days to fill in 3 pages of fill in the blanks -you have to answer the same questions for the consultant.
Make full copies of everything for yourself, stick it in the mail with your cheque (that you just paid with the money you saved from the consultant) and then you wait until CIC asks you for further information.

you are a really good person as people say in this forum,
The only reason as I said is that I am afraid that I am making any mistake, I can not imagine if I made any mistake and think all day long hmmmmm, did I properly fill my application, did this did that,
You are right, Sharon as well, people here are nice and helpfull, but sometimes when I read here, some people writing about mistakes,,,,,,,,,, ohhhhh
