proof of funds means only bank statement or any kind of other documents e.g paper of land on my name which i will sell before leaving for canada and my car which cost Canadian 10000 Dollars or anyother form of funds ?

It means actual MONEY, not a land title (in reply to: kind of proofs ?)
The Canadian Immigration service wants to see ACTUAL money in a bank account, that you can use to support yourself, when you get to Canada. A land title isn´t going to be any use, to pay for food and rent in Canada is it ?
Actual money is what they are looking for. Money that belongs to you, that you can being with you to Canada, in the form of a bank draft, a series of traveller;s cheques or a letter of credit. Don´t travel with large amounts of cash.
