Subject: Exlcusion Order/ Appeal?
I am from United State, and I was prohibited to re-enter to Canada for 1 year based on the Exclusion Order, and I have 30 days to appeal to the Immigration and Refugee Board.

Will it be a problem to me to re-enter to Canada after the expiry of the Exclusion Order?

If I want to appeal, will it take a long long time maybe more than a year? Does it worth to appeal?

What can I do to re-enter to Canada again within this year?

You ask a question without stating why you got excluded in the first place.

With plate readers and scanning passports CBSA will know your back. In theory if you complied with the Exclusion Order your clean but......

Lets say you overstayed your visit, what changes would there be in you when you do return to make a CBSA officer believe the next visit will be for a proper duration?

On the other hand if you made a refugee claim from the states and got excluded for that things could be more difficult.
