| Subject: Spouse Qualification |

I am planning to apply for Canadian Immigration. My spouse has a Masters and so I get additional points. However, her Masters transcripts are in her Maiden name (Surname) while her passport was issued after marriage and include the Married Name.
Are there are issues and if yes, how to proceed to address this? We are currently in US (on H visa).

You have to do simple formalities to show that all names are of one and same person i.e. of your spouse.
