My wife now 6 month pregnant. My application still in process ( 4 month running ). Can I apply for visit visa for visit my wife. She is not doing good health wise. Its important to stay with her now.. can any one advice what should I do now to go there and stay with her for couple of month..

hi Morten .. thanks for asking further info....
i am from Bangladesh.. and my wife Canadian Citizen..sponsor approved on feb´07 and my part star process ( 6th April´07 ) in Singapore... they ask for additional medical test on mid off april´07.. all the test result send them on 14th june´07...

You may try applying for visitor visa detailing the reasons. Try to convince the visa officer that everything you are stating on the application form is true through proper documentation. You may also need to prove that your wife has no one else who can take care of her. No one can give you guarantee but there is nothing to lose in trying.

The chance of anyone getting a Canadian Visitor Visa (CVV) is based on a few reasons.
Reason to return,
Temporary stay,
Reason to visit Canada and whom is inviting/relationship.
Previous travel when you returned to your country.
Now as Samm claims anyone can apply and you can tell the truth but..... Since when would your wife not receive medical attention in Canada or would have no one to look after her? The fact that your wife does not have you present in Canada to hold her hand would not be a reason to issue a CVV.
If you tell the truth it is more then likely you will be refused a CVV! It is your intention to remain permanent not temp.
You have been only waiting about three months and others a lot longer.

Roy,
I know what I said will most likely result in visitor visa denial which is why I said no guarantee. But does he have any choice? if he really wants to go he will have to take his chances.
I am also aware that obtaining visitor visa at his stage of PR application is quite difficult he has to convince the visa officer that his stay is temporary.

Thanks Roy and Samm for arguing this matter. I know its difficult to get CVV. My wife will planing to fly after her maternity start but any one does not want her wife fly that stage. She is along there and tuff for any women to stay alone in this stage. If CIC want some bond to sing that I am return and this is temporary visit I will do that.. but Still its difficult?thanks ROY and SAMM again for discuss..
