hi: my name is Yvonne, I have been in Canada seven years. I would like to bring my parents to Canada, I am a citizen. but I have been on government assistance, I know that I have to be off assistance from government, my question "is there a time period that I am requrid to be off assistance prior to appling for my parents to come to Canada. and is there a prerequisite to my finanacial situation for that". thank you in advance!
