Dear Sir :
I am not going to request a PR for my family until I settle in canada for a bout 2 or 3 years , my Quesitions are :
1- Shall I pay for my family in the process application.
2- If I am not going to pay for my wive in the process application can I add Spouse points to my overall points .

1. If your family members are not accompanying then "No".
2. If your spouse is not accompanying which means you are not going to pay the fees for your spouse then "No".
