Hi everyone...
Two issues:
1. I was living in Canada but I have moved overseas and I need to update my address. Should I provide a Canadian mailing address or could I just provide my current residential address as mailing address (Japan)?
2. I received the medical forms but there is a mistake in the marital status. I have already scheduled an appointment and I wonder if I should proceed or await a new form? The deadline stipulated in the form is approaching...

1. Keep a mailing address in Canada or US and provide them with updated residential address.
2. You should fax CIC about the medical mistake and ask them what can be done. They will send you new forms.
