hi ,
I am a permanent resident staying in canada and my wife is in india.
I have applied for her permanent residency in the family class and have received a letter in a months time giving her file number and saying that i have met the eligibility requirements of a sponsor and her case has been transferred from the mississauga office to the delhi office in india.
question is , while my wife´s case is in process, can i leave canada and goto india on a business/personal trip

Yes, u can. Now your file is in India...its ur wife´s file. If your wife comes to Canada on a visitor Visa...she´ll have to notify CIC. U r fine.
