I am a Canadian citizen and would like to return to Canada next year with my wife who is italian. We do not want to be apart so I think I need to apply for a PR visa for my wife beforehand so we don´t live apart. (Or can I apply once we are in the country?)
My trouble:
Does anyone know good ways to show "reasonable plans to return to Canada"? It says I should have a mortgage, apartment lease, or job offer from Canada etc., but I will move in with my parents at first and start my own business! Do you think I can just write a letter to exmplain this? Or should I get my parents to give me a lease or letter (this is rather transparent?!)

Hi There,
Please apply outside Canada and your process will last only few months. However, if you apply in Canada average waiting time is 10 months PLUS your spouse might need to leave Canada to complete the process. TRUST ME I WENT THROUGH THE SAME SHUGAR.
