Sisters can not really sponsor you unless she has no one else in Canada or persons deemed to be in the Family Class. Check OP2 section 5.24

My sister is working in saskatchewan, I am a Nurse in philippines ,, what catergory she will apply IN,,, SINP(PNP) for me as Licensed Practical NUrse or as family member or skilled worker NUrse. thanks
