Dear Jessika
I see hundreds of people applying In Land (in status and out of status)and Overseas spousal applications. It is impossible to know for a 100% that a couple are in a real relationship. I THINK I have been lied to but can´t prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
The issue is the probative value of your evidence. Proving something is bogus is very difficult and why would your word be better then theirs?
If you report them and the individuals are called for a marriage interview and they pass you will EXPLODE.
Walk away and stay away from those type of people. That advice will cause no stressful days.

It is our responsability to keep our country and borders safe and keep inadmissible people out of Canada.
However, you have to make sure that your alligations are true.
Reporting immigrants for no reason is unacceptable, if you have grounds to believe that someone is breaking the law, it is our responsability as citizens to stop it.
These people have to be removed from Canada.

where am i going to email my concern re fraud marriage? what will be the penalties of both parties especially if the girl really knew the story but still she continue to marry the guy and sponsor him for the sake of her love to him thinking that sooner the boy will fall in love with her?
