Hello,
I have been waiting for my AOR but didnt get anything yet thought my draft was cashed on MAY 1ST 2007.
Does this mean this is my AOR date? How will I get my my file number as I have to update them with my new work?
If anyone can help it will be great. Should I email buffalo to get my file number or wait?

Since your draft has been encashed that means your file has been put into queue waiting for processing. You can update them once you get your file number. You have plenty of time to do that as initial assessment takes a few months to few years depending on visa post applied and anything submitted before IA is considered.
