Hi
We are planning to land permanently by 20 or 21st of July in Toronto.
We will be driving our car, is there any document for the car or for us that needs to reach the border day/s before we do?
We are planning to stay in Canada till we get our PR cards and then visit India for sometime.
Will we be able to book our tickets with the SIN # alone?
How much time does a PR card take to arrive? Is a month a good enough time between landing and flying out to India, waiting for the Card?

Minimum it takes 1 month but if go out without PR card then you need travel document to enter again.
What you can do give your friend address for PR card and he will mail you in India OR
if you have valid US visa and if you can enter US then you can cross the border by road with CORP.
But to be safe side,Wait for PR card or Get Travel Document before flying back to India.

Yes I would wait for the PR card to arrive then go to India. That is the safest.

Hello,
My friend landed on the 20th of April.
The PR card received in Belleville on 9th of May.
My friend and his family landed on February 09th. The PR cards received on March 05th.
