Subject: Saudi PCC name mismatch
  Hi,

I have recently applied for PCC at Riyadh Police station for Canada immigration.

However while filling the form at the police station, the official put in the name on my iqama which is a combination of of my first, last, father´s name and family name.

However my passport only contains the first and last name. Also my name when written in arabic by the official sounds a bit different than spelt in arabic.

Would this be an issue? Appreciate your response?

Regards,

SS

I guess as long as both names from the passport appear on the PCC that should not be an issue.

CIC is concerned about the name on the passport and not your Iqama which if appears on the PCC should not be an issue at all.

Good luck and all the best

PCC to be submitted (in reply to: Saudi PCC name mismatch)
I applied through a lawyer. So I am not aware of the exact sttus. I hve been asked to submit the PCC and police clearance immediately. So will apply as per his suggestion and wait.
