My wife and I are in the process of filling out the application forms for Canadian Immigration. However, we are having trouble trying to find out an accurate NOC number which describes her current position. She is working as the Customer Service Manager for FedEx. Can anyone please help?

Dear Iftikhar,
Thanks for your reply and the link that you forwarded... I have been through it already...the reason I had put up the question to this forum was that the NOC number that comes up in the services department does not corresspond to her educational experience (she has an MBA)...which was one of the reasons that I needed help from someone on this forum.

The best possible way to find the NOC is to match your wife´s duties and resopnsibilities with those described in NOC.
I think your wife will come under Code P 0132 ( Postal Services Managers) category.
It does not matter if it matches with her education. You will mention her education anyways...

I had applied for 2 noc codes
But they considered only 1 code and awarded 15 points where as I am eligible for 21 points rest 3 years experiance i showed in other code which they did not consider.
