Does any one knows what´s the cost of ordering CAIPS notes , i live in USA and also how much time it takes to get it
I have done my medicals & little worried about my medical report & further process

I found 2 "seems-reliable" websites for ordering CAIPS notes from USA. I haven´t used them since for me it is too early for ordering my CAIPS. One site says it is $40 the other says $35 and it takes about 2 months.

I don´t know if they are good sources or not. It is just what I personally found online. My understanding is that it is FREE if you are in Canada OR if you know someone who is permanent resident or Canadian citizen, then you can fill the "autorization for release of information form" and ask them to collect the CAIPS notes for you and send it to you by mail.

If you have someone in Canada, have them order for you. The total cost will be around Ca$5. I am sure you can order yourself also. But I dont know if the CIC send it to your address in US.

Ask a friend of yours in Canada to order it for you. You will have to sign a consent form and the report will be delivered to your friend´s address. Total cost 5 dollars + mailing/fax charges. If you order through some website cost=40-100 dollars which seems unreasonably high.
