Subject: question about simplified process?
  hello to everyone,
i would like to ask two questions. First thing is that what documents you must submit with my application for SW in the start? CHC says just submit application form with all the information but someone told me that we have to submit proof of funds in the start as well.
My second question is that i just had look on the SW application form. They don´t ask for your employers address anywhere in this form, they just ask what you was doing and what was your job duties. so how they do these so called background checks if they don´t have your employers addresses?

1. You may submit your qualification certificates, bank statements and reference letters at the beginning.
You may also submit police clrarances but you will be asked to submit updated police records if they become invalid later( Application processing times may be longer)
2. Yes, on the application they dont ask for the address but you will provide reference letters to check. Background check is done also for criminal records and not only for positions held.

1. When i applied, i sent just the application form and the cheque. I received AOR within a week saying that everything is ok.

2. They will additionally ask for the employment reference letter
