| Subject: Visa ends June 07 my question is |

My file has been transfered to the LA office and I understand the next step is that the LA office would request for my ppt. after my medicals and FBI clearence, are there chance of them questing about my H1 renewal ( My company will renew no doubt, but is that good enough reason for them(LA OFFICE)to have second thoughts)

No. Infact if I were the Immigratrion Officer, I would think twice if your H1 is renewed since you will remain in the US. Canada needs skilled workers to live and work in Canada not get PRs and work for other countries.
