  To All

I have answered plenty of your Canadian Immigration questions here for free and helped plenty of applicants save thousands of dollars and sleepless nights. I truly have done this for one reason only. Stopping other persons giving BAD advice.

NOW I NEED ALL OF YOUR HELP!!!!

I have a really nice client (Hong Zhang) who has already applied for Humanitarian and Compassionate consideration a year ago because of the disproportionate hardship she would face if removed to China.

Uniden where ever you are IP5 section 6.8

Here is the Immigration and Refugee Board IRB information on the fine she will face. Fourth paragraph she is from Fujian Province.

IF YOU THINK THIS LADY HONG ZHANG DESERVES TO BE SHOWN COMPASSION PLEASE WRITE THE MINISTER OF IMMIGRATION AT minister@cic.gc.ca

Hong Zhang refused to get married just to stay in Canada. She does not want to give up her child Sherry. She is afraid of what fate Sherry would face if returned to China. I have previuously won a H&C application where Immigration provided evidence that any UNWED mother would have to pay $17,000.00 US to cover foreign student fees and China even though they signed the UN convention on the rights of the child to NOT comply with it.

PLEASE WRITE THE MINISTER

Letter to Minister (in reply to: I NEED ALL YOU TO HELP!)
Dear Minister,

I read about Hong Zhang in a Newspaper. The lady is already in dire straits and will face too many problems if sent back to China. As we are all aware, the child will not have access to Medical services in China as she is considered illegal. This is just one of the many problems she will face and suffer at the hands of Chinese government.

It is in the best interest of any child to be raised by her mother/father or both, rather than being given for adoption.

In this particular case, it seems very unethical to separate the mother and child, especially when the mother is caring & loving.

Canada is famously known for its Humanity and Compassion to fellow human beings. To keep up this tradition, I believe both the mother and child should be allowed to stay. And millions like me hope this could happen with your kind approval.

Sincerely,
Compassionate

Dear Minister,

I heard about Hong Zhang case in the newspaper.

I am writing to you today to ask for compassion. Isn´t Canada the land of freedom,
opportunities and WELCOMING new immigrants for a happier life ?

Her daughter is now a Canadian citizen .... don´t they have the rights to be brought up
by the love and attention of their mothers ? Can a poor innocent baby be separated from
her mother because she wanted her child to get the life she deserves in Canada rather
than China ?

If you can take a moment to think, as a human being (rather than an immigration officer),
the meaning of Hong Zhang tears over her daughter, the meaning of being separated from
her mother as such a young age .... and for what ? some paperwork ?

Is there any need to add more ? please re-consider and think ... no doubt you will make
the right choice.
