Subject: How and where to start looking for movers
  Hi

Our problem is that we have a small baby, not much of big stuff, but a 42 inch new TV, baby swings and lots of suitcases. My husband cannot drive for long hrs due to his medications also I think we are not confident driving a U-HAUL.

How do we move then? I wanted to get a quote from the movers, but where to start?

Please helpppp.

Thanks

Where are you from?. There´s a company called AA transport from San Diego California, they are auto transporter. Here´s their website- http://www.aa-auto.com/. I guess, the only way you can send your stuff are from USPS, UPS and Fedex. You will pay depending on the weight. Call them and ask how much and what is the allowable weight to import your possessions. Goodluck and keep us posted.

Since you are saying you dont have large stuff, why dont you use U-haul trailors. They attach to your car and you can drive easily. I drive a car but when I moved I drove a big U- haul truck myself. It was overwhelming in the beginning but I became confident within a minute. If you are not confident dont try tuck. I know it is tough. I didnt drive the truck with a baby on board. Trailor is the best option. Regarding your husband´s medical condition, share the drive time between the two of you. Or get help from a friend. If you do not have the above options, you can get a chauffeur but be prepared to pay a lot of money.

Hi all

OK, We drive the car and land and import the car, we have reached Ontario.

How does the stuff follow us? How does it gets clearance at the border? So then all this is on which goods list - with us or to follow? Do we have to go to the border to let them import in Canada?

Thanks

Hi Sai

How is it in Vancouver? How are the IT jobs for a Oracle business analyst? From which place did you move from in US?

Please let me know.

Thanks
