I applied for PR under skilled Category from Buffalo,US.
Applied :Oct 2005
Acknowledgement: Nov 2005
File Transferred to NY:DEC 21,2006
Yesterday E-CAS Status have changed from "IN PROCESS" to "WITHDRAWN" .
When I click on WITHDRAWN, It says:"decision have been made,we will contact you regarding the decision"
BUT I NEVER REQUESTED TO WITHDRAW MY APPLICATION.
KINDLY HELP!

Contact the NY immigration office and notify them. I am not an expert but my common sense says that you should immediately contact the Immigration office in NY.

Yes, I think it´s important to contact the office & let them know about this & your intension to go ahed for further processing

Two possibilities:
1. Your file was transferred back to your home country.
2. They made some mistake when your file was first created.
