You have to satisfy the visa officers:
1. main purpose is to study in Canada
2. will leave Canada after finishing your degree
3. have enough money to support yourself and your dependants during you stay in Canada.

Having 100,000 CAD in your account will only help if the visa officer is satisfied that its your money. The amount is sufficient to support a family for 2-3 years in Canada.

Note that amount in your account should be enough to take care of your living & study expenses.

Thanks KK

But most of the time they dont care for your bank statement.

Im trying to use this metod if I decide to move there, sell my property (more than 200.000Can$) and have lots of money in my bank account, move there spend a year studying (with my family, of course), get a job, improve my English, and than applying for P.R. from there....

Because everyone knows that Canada encourage illegal immigrants first to become Canadian Citizens, because they require (work offer, previous study permit) so I think this is the best solution of moving there.
Of course it costs more.
